Job description
RSW have great pleasure continuing to work alongside our client based in Kenfig. They are looking for a number of production packers to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The role will initially be packing but could then progress to machine operator once trained. There is a possibility that this role will be made permanent for the right candidates.
The Role:
Packing products from machines into boxes ready for distribution
Stacking boxes
Can be fast paced
Shift pattern - 2 12 hour shifts days (7am to 7pm), 2 12hr shifts nights (7pm-7am) then 4 rest days
The Candidate
Must be able to follow the above shift pattern
Previous experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
Driving license preferable due to shift start times and location of site.
