Reports To: Hospitality Manager/Supervisor
Working within one of our hospitality suites or box areas, welcoming guests on matchdays. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for ensuring stellar first impressions and providing an outstanding service to make each match day a unique and memorable experience. This role requires a friendly, confident, proactive, and warm personality, capable of conversing with various demographics. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team or under own supervision.
