Key Responsibilities
Able to Count & Able to operate PC
Able to compile day end reports
Able to differentiate colours
Must be able to work in cross functional teams
Able to communicate in English at an acceptable level
Able to work at an acceptable pace and manage stress as daily Deadlines are to be met
Picking & Packing for Orders for Shops (Customers)
Visually see the quality of the product and challenge/ seek advice if it doesn’t look up to standard
Perform Random Checks to maintain performance levels
Adjust delivery notes according to any shortages – for report and invoice accuracy
Packing the products in a hygienic way
Visually inspect for any foreign objects and report immediately, if a foreign body is found
Maintain good house-keeping, 5S – Clean as you go & Organize the freezer
Ensure KPI’s are met, and corrective actions are taken, if we fail to meet KPIs
Health & Safety Awareness. Knowledge & skills required (Diploma/Basic Hygiene Certificate)
Problem solving – IT related issues, Ordering system issues
Attention to detail
Teamwork
Able to follow instructions and production schedules
Able to act quickly when a problem arises.
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Timing between 2100 and 0800, 5 days a week with possibility of OT.
Food hygiene certificate is a plus
