Job description
We're an e-commerce retailer specialising in licensed merchandise from geek brands such as Marvel, Stranger Things and Zelda. We require a warehouse operative to work Monday to Friday in the warehouse picking, packing and processing goods in/goods out. The contract will be from start of August to the end of December.
You will be an integral part of a small, friendly team involved in the day to day running of the warehouse, answering directly to the Warehouse Manager. You will work 9-5 Monday to Friday from start of August to the end of December.
Your role will entail working within the existing warehouse system and performing the following varied tasks:
- Picking orders
- Packing orders
- Stock checks
- Processing goods in
- Preparing goods out
- Ad-hoc warehouse tasks
You will have:
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to follow instructions correctly
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, an interest in movies, videogames and geek culture
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
Salary: £10.42 per hour
