Due to exciting new business, we are pleased to be recruiting an extra 150 new permanent Production Operatives to work in our Retail Packing Department.

This is a great opportunity to develop a career within this large manufacturing organisation, supported by our broad range of training options.

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 3.30pm to 1.00am with a salary of £ 11.42 per hour

As part of CPM Team your daily tasks will include:

• To follow clear operational processes and customer specifications to provide consistently high quality products
• Understanding how your role impacts on the effective operation of the line and to identify improvements to the ways of working;
• Adherence to Health and Safety rules and procedures, including correct wearing of issued PPE
• No experience required

Specifically, you will:

• Check the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications.
• Arrange meat in packaging, complying with display requirements.
• Ensure that the pack weight is correct.
• Reject any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of our quality specifications.
