Job description
Packer required for peak times at busy bakery in Park Royal. Must be hard working and very punctual and will need own transport.
Hours: 6pm-10pm or perhaps 7pm-11pm five days a week allocated from Mon-Sun.
The Packer will be responsible for packing items into containers for shipment and ensuring that the items are correctly labeled and packed to avoid damage during transit.
Duties:
- Inspect and examine products to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Pack materials according to customer specifications
- Label containers with appropriate information
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- packing baked goods in boxes
- using the slicer to cut buns (full training given)
- some light cleaning when required
