Job description

An enthusiastic individual is required to join a Worthing based energetic family run, rubber gasket & seal manufacturing company in the packing and despatch department. Primary roles involve emptying the ovens checking the size and quality of goods working closely with the Quality Manager and packing ready for despatch. Full training will be given on the job. As a small company, the successful candidate would also have the opportunity to get involved in (with training) many different areas of the production process and be rewarded with a twice a year profit related bonus. Hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Wednesday, 7.30am - 5.00pm Thursday and 7.30am - 1.00pm Friday.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £10.50-£11.50 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Bonus schemeWork Location: In person
