About the roleAs a Packaging, shipping & labeling Operator, you will be responsible for following work instructions and packaging Creo’s products to a high standard whilst completing associated documents in full. The role also involves ensuring all relevant documentation is applied to the consignments prepared for shipping, and arranging the collection of goods. Working to a high level of accuracy and efficiency, you will ensure that batch numbers and expiry dates are right first time.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing shipments and collating all items required for packaging.Maintaining stock levels for packaging activity.Packaging products in line with work instructions.Ensuring all batched items are correct with sufficient shelf life where applicable and transporting the materials to the packaging area.Arranging transport and the timely shipping of goods.Liaising with area leads to ensure all stock movements have been captured upon completion of packaging.Maintaining good housekeeping and the segregation of packaged products.What we are looking forPassion and desire to lead and drive continuous improvement and implement positive change.Proficient in IT, numerate.Good organisational skills.Good communication skills.A proactive can-do attitude.Superb attention to detail.MotivationNeeds to be flexible regarding all aspects of your job role and give your full support to all new systems / ideas that are implemented within the company.To undertake any other duties which may be required, and which are consummate with the post’s position within the company.To ensure compliance and adherence to all Creo Medical policies, procedures and expected standards, including, but not limited to aspects surrounding Quality, Regulatory and Environmental, Health and Safety.Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.About usCreo Medical is a growing company with a focus on improving patient outcomes by applying Advanced Energy to the emerging field of therapeutic endoscopy.
