About Us

St Austell Family Group is a family owned business with world class brewing and pubs at its heart. We began life in Cornwall 170 years ago, and have built a £200m business, with internationally recognised beer brands in Tribute and Proper Job. We own two state-of-the-art West Country productions sites, St Austell Brewery and Hare Brewery - home of Bath Ales, which we acquired in 2016. We own 180 pubs, 40 of which we manage ourselves, situated in some of the most iconic locations in the South West. Our ambition is growth, building a long-term progressive and profitable business, fit for future generations.

Our venues are exciting places to be, dynamic, high volume and fast paced whilst also offering high quality locally-sourced food and outstanding beers. The desirable locations across the South West mean our pubs experience significant seasonal demand over the summer.

Perks of the job include:

  • 30% discount off food & drink
  • 50% discount off accommodation
  • Fantastic training & career development opportunities
  • Discounted membership with local businesses
  • Cycle to work scheme

St Austell Family Group is an Equal Opportunities employer, and we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates, regardless of age, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital/civil partnership status, or pregnancy and maternity. We also welcome requests for flexible working.

Early applications are encouraged as we’ll review applications throughout the recruitment process and reserve the right to close the advert at any time. Please note that we politely request no contact from recruitment agencies or media sales. Speculative CVs from recruitment agencies won’t be accepted, nor the fees associated with them.
