Introduction
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities


Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation for the Oracle Financial suite including the following modules:

    • Activity Based Management,Advanced Collections, Assets, Balanced Scorecard, Cash Management, Daily Business Intelligence for Financials, Enterprise Planning & Budgeting, Financial Analyzer, Financials Centralized Solution Set, Financial Consolidation Hub, General Ledger, iAssets, Internal Controls Manager, Internet Expenses, iPayment, iReceivables, Lease Management, Loans, Payables, Property Manager, Receivables, and Treasury

  • Use business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Resolve Level 1.5 and Level 2 Incidents , problems and service requests
  • Support the Developer in testing to resolve issues
  • Coordinate meetings and End User activities (e.g. testing) to resolve Incidents, problems and service requests
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager in managing issues related to Level 1.5 and Level 2 Incidents, problems and service requests
