PA to Executive Officers
Permanent
Cromwell Hospital, London, SW5 0TU
Up to £42,000 plus exceptional benefits
Full time – 37.5hrs

We are recruiting for an experienced PA who will help support our Executive Officers and provide a full range of confidential secretarial duties. You’ll have strong communication, excellent diary management skills and experience of liaising with stakeholders to help keep things running smoothly.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- To be the Personal Assistant to nominated Executive Directors, providing a full range of administrative duties.
- To produce high level correspondence, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- To act as liaison between Senior Management Team of the hospital and nominated Executive Directors.
- To liaise with the GMC, senior medical offices or other independent hospitals, independent legal advisors and prepare papers for this work.
- To act as liaison between Bupa Senior Management of the Bupa Group and Bupa Legal Team and nominated Executive Directors.
- To deal with or redirect enquires from key stakeholders, staff, and business colleagues.
- To prioritise and deal with mail and emails, creating own correspondence or replying as directed.
- To completely manage nominated Executive Director’s diaries, including arrangement, and rescheduling of meetings, ensuring the Executive Director’s prompt arrival and completion of meetings to limit overlap.
- To maintain effective communication processes, correspondence, and meetings.
- To manage own workload, multitask and re-organise as priorities change.
- To organise, attend and minute meetings as and when required. This includes Medical Advisory Board, Practice Privileges Governance Committee, Executive Committee and Business meetings.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- PA Experience at a Senior/Executive level
- Diary management experience
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages and outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Good timekeeping but prepared to be flexible
