The Role: We are currently recruiting on behalf of our global manufacturer client for their role of a Customer Service Manager. As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy Customer Service team, working closely with production, supply chain and operational departments and offering an outstanding service to a worldwide client base. Responsibilities of the successful Customer Services Manager: • Ensure the Customer Service team process and acknowledge customer enquiries.
- Support, when needed, Customer Service team with account management duties; follow company processes from order through to dispatch and manage client expectations to delivery times.
- Motivate and support team to achieve business targets and objectives.
- KPI reporting to group and act as point of escalation.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and ensure team adhere to company standards and policies.
- Ideally have experience within manufacturing and have knowledge of ERP sand CRM systems.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of managing, motivating and mentoring a team.
- The appointed Customer Service Manager will be required to travel to different offices occasionally.
