The Consumer & Tech team manages a client portfolio which is made up of a mix of FTSE100/250 and international-based Corporates. The team is split into three industries, Food, Drink & Leisure, Retail & Consumer Goods & Healthcare & TMT. The portfolio includes many high profile clients, many of which you would find on the high street, which make a material contribution to the Bank’s income across a variety of products. The team has primary responsibility for managing the relationship between our clients and the broader Lloyds Banking Group. With the continued evolution of Consumer’s shopping needs – from on-line to sustainably produced to technological advancements they have never been a better time to join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the diary of the Executive to achieve the optimum time effectiveness. Plan and prioritise a demanding schedule and produce comprehensive information to support all appointments.
- Day to day management, including record keeping of the office is kept to a high standard and is in line with the Executive Handbook, Group policies and standards
- Arrange travel requirements within the UK and possibly overseas.
- Proactively read and action all incoming queries via e mail, telephone and post, deciding on priorities/actions and deal with any customer complaints. Respond to correspondence without reference and only refer to the Executive where necessary.
- Prioritise the Executive’s workflow during frequent absences, using own initiative and judgement from the detailed knowledge of the business and key issues as to what action needs to be taken and when more complex issues require escalation.
- Engage with senior partners within the team and outside, clarifying requirements to support business decisions.
