If you have worked in a fast-paced, start-up environment, as the go-to person for the Co-founders / Senior leadership team, supporting them to build their business from the ground-up, as their Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant - then this the job is for you.

We need a Personal Assistant to who can roll up his/her sleeves and get immersed in the role by supporting the Co-founders of Payfuture. This role includes but is not limited to managing calendars, making travel arrangements, planning events, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you need to be a natural problem solver, tech-savvy, have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to use initiative to get the job done.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to the Co-founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running a constantly changing diary and travel schedule (commercial and private)
  • Organise travel and accommodation - inclusive of flights, hotels, drivers, charters, visa applications and complete all travel forms required for the journey
  • Comprehensive and efficient diary management
  • Organise correspondence on behalf of the Co-founders
  • Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Organise conference calls, meetings, and lunches within different time zones
  • Full co-ordination of international events that the Co-founders attend
  • Management of personal business when required
  • Able to travel as required
