Assistant to Chief Executive (Remote but London Based)
The Twinning Project has grown significantly in the last five years. The charity is a partnership between professional football and HMPPS. Our aim is to reduce re- offending rates in England and Wales by upskilling and providing employability opportunities to those in prison.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Chief Executive to support the growth both here in the UK and internationally.
You will be the contact point for our stakeholders and partners and will provide the Chief
Executive with professional support whilst working as efficiently and successfully as possible. Understanding priorities whilst always thinking ahead within a fast-paced environment.
You should come with a proven strong background of Executive PA experience. The position will require you to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service to the Chief Executive.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to manage a complex diary and provide high quality administrative support, including excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work at pace, and use own initiative.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbally and in writing).
- Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of different people including at board level and government including quickly understanding complex working arrangements and determining how to respond to these in support of senior colleagues.
- Be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude, empathy and interest.
- MS Office experience is a must.
There is a requirement for the successful candidate to recognise this and adopt a flexible approach to work. Job descriptions will be reviewed regularly and where necessary revised in accordance with organisational needs. Any major changes will be discussed with successful candidate.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary dependant on experience.
- Government Pension scheme (Nest).
- 20 days holiday per year rising to 25 with each years' service.
