We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our CEO’s Office team for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is a based in our Main Hospital Site in Central London (W1G 6BW). We are also offering a competitive salary of £35,000 to £38,000 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile
To provide personal and organisational support to the Chief Executive (CEO), Medical Director (MD) and the Head of Client Relations & Executive Assistant to the CEO and MD. This role is a visible role within The London Clinic, internally and externally, and will embody the values that we hold as an organisation.
- Job Type: This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
- Contract: 12-month fixed term contract.
- Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
- Location: The London Clinic, 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW (Baker Street and Regents Park stations).

Key Duties
- Ensure that diaries are well managed and co-ordinated and that the CEO and MD are briefed on their activities.
- Ensure that queries and questions are filtered, dealt with promptly and if needed escalated to the CEO, Medical Director of Head of Client Relations.
- Manage the office environment, including the filing system, electronic and manual.
- Prepare correspondence and emails on behalf of the CEO and Medical Director and Head of Client Relations.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience working as a Personal Assistant, or similar role, at an executive board level or higher.
- Strong computer skills, alongside Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong relationship building skills, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in fluent English.
