Job description

We are seeking a reliable, honest, and hard-working Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to my VA (Virtual Assistant) business Virtual Bear.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our VA's workload, ensuring that all tasks are completed by our VAs efficiently and effectively. The candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist VA in managing daily workload, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling administrative tasks
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the VA
  • Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as needed
  • Manage files and records, both digital and physical, ensuring that all documents are organised and easily accessible
  • Help coordinate clients and other logistics as required
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the VA
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Must be reliable, honest, and hard-working
