We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and highly organized candidates to join our team as Booking Administrator.
The booking administrator is responsible for performing a variety of organizational and administrative duties including but not limited to:
· Managing and responding to incoming bookings & enquiries via email
· Communication and co-ordination with affiliate partners within the UK
· Responding to customer queries with excellent customer service skills promptly and accurately
· Manage incoming and outgoing calls
· Checking of customer bookings to ensure correctness before allocation
· Ensuring customer payments are made on time in line with our booking policies.
We are looking for someone who
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
· Has experience working in data in putting.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good administration and computer skills
· Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
· Able to focus/concentrate in a busy office environment.
· Adaptable and willing to learn.
· Self-motivated and able to use own initiative to manage your own workload.
· Experience within the logistics or transport sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
You will be required to work 5 days out 7, 2 weekends per month, with rotating shifts of 7am - 3pm / 9am - 5pm / 11am - 7 pm
