Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised PA/Senior Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be providing full administration and clerical support to the Divisional Operations Director, Deputy Operational Director, Divisional Director, Divisional Nursing Director, Head of Nursing, Service Managers and Matrons within the Division.
This post may involve cross site working between Peterborough and Hinchingbrooke Hospital on occasions to support meetings.

1. To provide comprehensive administrative support within the Division to include Divisional Governance/Management Board Meetings, Urgent and Emergency Care Committee meetings, coordination of meeting schedules, room bookings, drafting of agenda, collation and distribution of papers, minute-taking and completion of meeting action trackers using approved Trust and Divisional templates.
2. To collate and distribute documents within the Division to include, monthly Quality Governance Operational Committee (QGOC) bulletins, Matron Balanced Scorecards, Workforce KPI reports, Service Performance Reports, Risk Register reports, Formal Complaints, Serious Incidents, Clinical and Non-Clinical Publication reports and Financial reports.
3. To arrange meetings and appointments as required for the Divisional Triumvirate, ensuring appropriate invitations are extended with acceptances and apologies being recorded. In addition, monitoring diaries for the Triumvirate to expedite and arrange meetings (face-to-face and via MS Teams) arrangements and appointments.
