PA / Executive AssistantOVERVIEW
The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site.
The partnership brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock and Sellafield Ltd to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.
In delivering its pipeline of large-scale infrastructure projects, PPP is creating opportunities for its people, supply chain, economy and communities.

PPP Services are looking to recruit an experienced PA /Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive PA/EA support to the PPP Management team. We are seeking a confident and proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude that is a good fit for our existing team. The individual will need to have the ability to work in a fast paced and varied work environment whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities will be to carry out day to day diary management and PA / EA support to senior members of the PPP Management team this will include:
- Effective administrative/management support to members of the Senior Leadership Team
- Schedule meetings, manage and update diaries as required.
- PA/EA duties.
- Diary Management.
- Expenses.
- Travel & accommodation arrangements.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required that fall under your capability.
Essential:
- Secretariat experience is essential.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage significant workflows and manage multiple Senior Stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team as well as unsupervised.
- Experience of dealing with complex diary management and meeting scheduling.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills up to Exec level.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Pro as a minimum
Desirable:
- Sellafield security clearance.
- Minute Taking Skills.
- Additional software – MS Visio, SAP, SharePoint, MS Project.
