Vehicle requirements:
- GVW less than 26 000 lbs (in case +26 000 lbs CDL required)
- only cargo van/sprinter, box truck, large straight truck
- vehicle must be 2014 year or newer
- a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- no signs or decals on the vehicle
