The Overnight Guest Services Agent role:
The Overnight Guest Services Agent is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. This position is a Full Time Permanent Overnight position, which will be responsible for ensuring seamless service on the Overnight Shift.
The ideal Overnight Guest Services Agent will have:
- Current, clean driving license in the UK
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.
- This individual must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable withstanding all weather conditions
- Excellent communication as well as guest contact and organization skills
- Previous experience as a Bellman or Doorman is beneficial, but not required.
