The person
- Diploma Level 4
- Experience of working as a Financial Adviser
- Proven track record of sales achievement
- Drive and motivation to succeed – hunger
- With existing portfolio or part portfolio
- Business development skills – generate leads and new business
- High level of confidence and ability with sales and presentational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills and knowledge continually
- Desire and ability to work in a successful team environment
- Able to manage own diary.
