Job description
One Plus Solutions Inc, a subsidiary of Columbia Security Systems Group of Companies is looking for Outside Sales Representative.
You will be responsible for providing various security systems & services to our Residential and Commercial clients such as (but not limited to) Alarm Monitoring, Video Monitoring, Runner Service, Guard Static Service, EV charger installation, iHelp emergency monitoring service. We are looking for sharp, ambitious, self motivated people that want to earn six figures yearly! We have an amazing team environment and only work with great energetic people.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience in Direct Selling and Cold Calling, a strong Motivator and team player! Fluent in English – second language is definitely an asset. Interest in and appreciation for Sales and Technology. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Goal oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn. Strong people skills and positive attitude.

This is a Full-time position. A majority of your time will be on the road. A personal vehicle is definitely beneficial. You will only be required to report to the office for sales meetings. Guaranteed salary during probation period and a very lucrative strict commission structure & bonuses after probation. The more you sell, the more you earn. Sky is the limit. Extended Health Benefit package (prescription, dental, vision) available after successful completion of probationary period.
