Job description
Scope of Work:
- Ensure that the equipment is mounted, powered and connected .
- Review to ensure customer hardware/equipment is connected properly.
- Tech needs to label equipment and cables, everything needs to be neat and tidy
- Provide any needed extension for the customer, as requested.
- For the equipment check call, connect with a Laptop and straight-through cable to set config
- Call to work with the Tier 2 rep to ensure equipment check is complete.
- Remain on-site for the customers. Do not leave until everything is set up.
Tool Requirements:
- WIN10 Laptop - with Charger & TeamViewer Installed
- Hot Spot or Internet Dongle
- Standard Tool Kit
- Cell Phone - with Charger
- Console Cable
- Spare Patch Cables & Cabling Equipment (Rj45, Biscuits, Etc..)
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance
Salary: £20.00-£27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Peterborough, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
