Job description

Scope of Work:

• Ensure that the equipment is mounted, powered and connected .
• Review to ensure customer hardware/equipment is connected properly.
• Tech needs to label equipment and cables, everything needs to be neat and tidy
• Provide any needed extension for the customer, as requested.
• For the equipment check call, connect with a Laptop and straight-through cable to set config
• Call to work with the Tier 2 rep to ensure equipment check is complete.
• Remain on-site for the customers. Do not leave until everything is set up.

Tool Requirements:

• WIN10 Laptop - with Charger & TeamViewer Installed
• Hot Spot or Internet Dongle
• Standard Tool Kit
• Cell Phone - with Charger
• Console Cable
• Spare Patch Cables & Cabling Equipment (Rj45, Biscuits, Etc..)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance

Salary: £20.00-£27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peterborough, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
