Job description
As the Outreach Partner and ARWA/ Sales Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Outreach Partners that provide applicants to Regent. You will be helping to achieve with student recruitment targets, recruitment journey and ensure the data entry are up to date. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our Outreach Partners and work alongside the admissions and enrolment team and in a cohesive team. You will be supporting them on student’s applications which have a meaningful impact on the journey of prospective applicants.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Providing vital assistance admissions and enrolment team.
· Engage with Outreach Partners to ensure a strong line of communication to encourage a large pipeline every quarter.
· Confident in liaising with different department with a go getter attitude to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
· Providing accurate and timely support through a range of administrative activities
· Inputting information into the CRM Dynamics to ensure accurate and complete leads are maintained
· Provide guidance to your team and send out the weekly reports to our outreach partners.
· Supporting with interview schedules and sending out offers
· Calling prospective students when help is required
Skills and experience required:
· Previous B2B experience is preferable
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Team work and Communication skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Experience with CRM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
