Kind Support is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Outpatients Staff Nurse to join the team at a luxury private hospital in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients visiting the Outpatients Department at the Hospital. The Nurse will work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Assist with preparation and set up of clinics within the Outpatients department.
- Provide direct assistance during minor procedures, chaperone as needed, and cover Consultation clinics on a daily basis.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health-related issues, medications, and treatments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and treatments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £36,648.98-£40,429.39 per year
