Avaliable Job Today We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team who support young people across the county.
The role focusses on managing the delivery of our award-winning Young Carers Service, SPLASH & Project Inspire NEET support across Wiltshire and Swindon.
If you have relevant experience of successfully managing targeted youth support services, have experience of motivating and supervising staff and volunteers and a track record in developing and shaping services, then you could be the person we are looking for. Ideally you will have had success in fundraising, service development, partnership development, budget management and report writing. We are looking for someone who is creative and able to relate to, and inspire, young people, partners and funders.
The role will include some evening, weekend and school holiday working.
Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to undertake a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
