We have an exciting opportunity for an Out of Hours Call Handler ( Customer Services Advisor) to join our Wates Living Space team where the primary focus will be to provide an excellent service to our customers.
You will have:
Experience of call handling- Working with the public and problems solving skills
- Knowledge and experience of repairs and maintenance sector
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Fast learner and good with IT
Key Accountabilities:
Answer calls from customers of Crawley Council within time and quality SLAs- Diagnose customer repairs requests and select suitable appointments within our repairs management IT system
- Check the system for emergencies and manage within a timely manner to ensure targets are meet
- Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from duty surveyor so operatives may continue on the site through to completion
- Provide a high quality service to our client on a face to face basis
- Working within a team to achieve goals and targets
To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business. You will have previous experience of liaising with supply chains and stakeholders ensuring that delivery is achieved within customer’s expectations.
