Established in 2010, Nationwide Vehicle Assistance provides bespoke collision recovery and storage management services.

Our experience and understanding of the vehicle recovery sector enable us to determine where companies are missing money-saving and customer retention opportunities!

Based in Chelmsford, we operate from 14 depots across the UK and Europe and our UK control centres, overseeing more than 25,000 roadside recovery jobs. Not only this, we are partnered with West Ham United as Official Vehicle Collision Recovery and Storage Management Partner.

You will work days, ranging from 7am-6pm, hours will be flexible to accommodate you. You will work a 5 day rota, usually including two weekends.

What will your role as a Contact Centre Operator look like?

· Handling all incoming customer queries and questions by email, internal messages and phone calls

· Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures

· Dealing with both clients and customers

· Delay updates, liaise with recovery agents, invoice queries, inputting pro forma details on CRM

· Vehicle technician queries- parts update/order ETS/ System based checking the accuracy of the information, sending inspection sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-50 per week

Salary: £22,073.00-£26,500.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
