Citizens Advice Tendring is looking for an enthusiastic person to support the Advice Team by providing an out of hours service by tailoring advice to address and support the needs of clients.
What we are looking for:
Attainment of The Certificate in Generalist Advice or an ability and willingness to achieve this qualification.
Demonstrable equivalent competence attained from other settings will be considered.
Experience of advice work; either face to face or telephone.
Experience of and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Proficient in IT and experience of providing digital support.
Understanding and experience of the issues involved in interviewing clients.
Good oral and written communication skill, including the ability to listen effectively and understand the needs of others.
