Imagine a world where age, disability, or impairment pose no barriers to exploring the wonders of the world. At Limitless Travel, we're turning this vision into reality. We're an innovative travel company dedicated to creating extraordinary holidays for people with disabilities, mobility challenges, and the elderly, along with their friends, families, and carers.

Our mission is to empower our guests to explore the world and create lifelong memories. As we continue to grow, and deliver our mission, we are seeking a Cruise Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us make travel dreams a reality.

Job Description

As a Cruise Administrator at Limitless Travel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cruise bookings. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to cruise sales support, post-booking activities, and exceptional customer service. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about travel, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Support and Post-Booking Administration:

  • Assist in completing cruise bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and ensure that all booking information is correct and up to date.
  • Prepare and distribute brochures, materials, and information to clients as needed.

2. Cruise Post-Booking Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  • Handle post-booking changes, including cabin bookings, name changes, and updates to travel information.

3. Cruise Administration:

  • Work with the product team to book all cruise cabins for forthcoming departures
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to cruise bookings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with cruise providers to make necessary updates and changes.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency in cruise administration.

Requirements

  • Proven Background in Administration: The successful candidate for this role should have a demonstrated track record in administration, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector but this is not essential. You should possess strong organisational skills, an aptitude for detail-oriented tasks, and the ability to effectively manage administrative workflows. Prior experience in handling administrative responsibilities, such as data entry, documentation, and process management, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Cruise Industry (Preferred): While not mandatory, a candidate with prior knowledge or experience in the cruise industry will be at a distinct advantage. Familiarity with cruise booking systems, cabin categories, cruise itineraries, and industry-specific terminology will enable you to quickly adapt to the role and provide a more comprehensive service to our clients. However, a genuine interest in learning about the cruise industry is also highly valued.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are paramount in cruise administration. Your ability to meticulously review booking details, passenger information, and other cruise-related documentation will be crucial to ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
  • Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be customer-focused, with the ability to empathise with clients and provide outstanding service. Responding to inquiries promptly and professionally is a key aspect of this role.
  • Team Player: While you'll have opportunities to work independently, collaboration is a fundamental part of our team culture. Being a team player and having the ability to work effectively with colleagues and cruise providers is important for achieving common goals and delivering top-quality services.
  • Adaptability: The travel industry is dynamic and ever-changing. You should be adaptable and open to learning new tools, technologies, and industry trends. Your willingness to embrace change and contribute to process improvements is highly valued.

Benefits

  • Mission-Driven Environment: Join a company that is dedicated to transforming the lives of disabled individuals by providing exceptional care and travel experiences.
  • Professional Development: Enhance your professional skills in a fast paced environment.
  • Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive salary package, commensurate with your expertise and the importance of your role.
  • A mission led business: Be part of a passionate and inclusive team dedicated to accessible travel.
  • Growth: Opportunity for personal and professional growth.
  • Social Impact: Make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them experience the joy of travel.

What We Offer:

  • An additional day off for your birthday
  • Competitive base salary with robust bonus structure
  • Individual and team-based target-driven bonuses and incentives
  • Opportunities to travel on our trips
  • Contributory pension plan
