The Job:

As a fully remote Inbound Security Sales Associate, you’ll be:

• Answering incoming calls from existing customers
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs
• Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• This position is 100% inbound, existing customers only - no cold calling!

You’d be a great fit if you have the following:

• Sales experience, especially in a call center environment
• Experience with upselling products
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
• Open availability to work the following hours of operation:
  • Training: Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm EST (2 weeks)
  • Nesting: Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm EST (2-3 weeks)
  • Production: Monday – Friday 8am – 11 pm EST. Sunday 9 am – 9 pm EST open availability. Saturdays off
