Job Summary
Member of US CHC Marketing Leadership Team to help drive company culture, strengthen values, and assist with further alignment of the US Consumer Healthcare business with the global Sanofi business model
Direct management of other leaders including of Creative, Media, Digital/Martech. Total team of 10, and all external creative, media and agency partners
Strong partnering with US Brand Leads, US Digital Commerce Head, Global Strategic Marketing and Center Of Excellence Functions within the global growth hubs and Procurement. Requires frequent communication and collaboration
Create and maintain strong agency partnerships to deliver excellent support to NA Business. Maximize global partnerships to support US needs. Augment with local providers where needed
Support digital transformation helping to evolve NA agency model to meet changing consumer behavior and media landscape
Support people development and embedding of Sanofi Way within US Marketing team through training and adoption of Sanofi marketing excellence approaches
Support NA delivery of P&L Commitments, help driving to top line growth while managing the bottom line. Guide team to optimize costs and drive maximum value of investment.
Build center of excellence support team to efficiently and effectively support needs of the broader US marketing team.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
15+ years’ experience working for a CPG and/or Agency in building consumer brands globally
10+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members
Experience leading with creative vision, purpose and innovative thinking - all in service of delivering against business results and consumer engagement
Digital first mindset, and an understanding of tools to drive consumer engagement
Experience driving business results in ambiguous problem spaces
Experience building brands and working with brand architecture
Experience across integrated design work: traditional, product, packaging, retail and experiential a plus
Experience recruiting talent and developing design careers
Experience collaborating, driving consensus among highly cross functional teams
Experience partnering with and influencing Chief Marketing Officers and other executive stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)
The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
