This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications or graphic design professional who has a passion for developing content which can be used across multiple channels and campaigns, to join our team as a Creative Content and Campaigns Executive.

This role is integral to delivering value to our growing membership and our ambitious plans to raise the profile of our work and increase engagement across a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will be responsible for scoping, designing and delivering a variety of content and assets that showcase our work and for delivering them through a range of multi-channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will be highly creative with an ability to communicate the value of our membership offer and the impact of our projects through visual assets and innovative copy. You will be an experienced storyteller who knows how to deliver messages and generate impact through enticing content.

You will need to have experience of planning and delivering assets including videos, images, podcasts, infographics, animations, news stories and articles, in a work context. You will also need to be experienced in campaign delivery.

You will need to be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro. You will also need a sound understanding and experience of capturing and editing video, image production and copy writing.

You will have a strong knowledge, and working experience, of using a range of web-based platforms including social media, email marketing tools, website and search engines. You will also understand and be able to demonstrate an ability to tell compelling stories to multiple audiences through written and visual content production. You will understand the importance of and have experience of utilising a professional, on-brand tone of voice as well as the ability to adapt content and tone for different audiences and channels.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and planning skills which are imperative as you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This role offers flexible hybrid working, enabling our colleagues to divide their time between our head office in Loughborough and working from home. This is a two-year fixed term full-time contract.

Key tasks include but aren't limited to:

• Creation of visual and written assets which can be used across multiple channels to communicate and deliver defined impact for individual projects and whole organisation strategic priorities.
• Research, planning and creation of content to underpin activity which will be delivered through a combination of email, social media, website and third-party owned channels.
• Capturing and creating raw content, using production platforms to develop professional assets.
• Creation of ‘on-brand’ assets and content which are delivered on time and to budget.
• Planning and delivering campaigns.
• Development of relationships across the organisation and with stakeholders to enable the sourcing of impactful content and campaigns (written and visual) which can be delivered across multiple channels.
