Originally based in Wakefield, we are a family run business with over 50 members of staff. We have newly refurbished showrooms in Barnsley and Darlington, and office spaces, ready to improve and expand.
Due to growth within Autozone, we are looking to expand our team. The opportunity would suit someone with a proven track record in telesales and/or a call centre environment with the desire to exceed targets on a monthly basis. You must be target driven and have excellent organisation skills to excell in this role. Motor Trade experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
About the role
You will assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from initial interest, test drive, and finance options, all the way through to handover. You will build natural rapport with your customers making their car buying experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Providing excellent customer service throughout, whilst being a reliable and trustworthy member of the team.
You will be responsible for developing customer leads and prospecting to maximise sales and meet given targets, whilst always putting the customer first. You will maximise every opportunity given, listening to customer needs whilst adapting your skills and knowledge to suit individual customers. You will clearly be able to demonstrate your ability to generate results in the team, work alongside your team, and assist as and when possible.

Motor Trade experience is highly advantageous, but not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Call centre, inbound/outbound experience would be advantageous.
