Join us as an Organisation & Workforce Design Consultant

- You’ll be providing organisation and workforce design skills and operating model consultancy support, using the agreed workforce design methodology

What you'll do
You’ll be providing subject matter expertise on the end-to-end workforce designs including skills. This'll involve consulting with business leaders and senior People and Transformation teams on the development and definition of operating models, workforce designs, skills and effective organisation designs to enable an efficient and effective customer-focused organisation.
You’ll also be:
- Working across the team to help drive our aspiration to become a skills based organisation
- Partnering across our P&T function to make sure that the workforce design methodology and governance is aligned with other key P&T products and services
- Making sure the governance framework and design authority guidelines are maintained, continuously improved, and appropriately followed, raising risks and issues for escalation
- Contributing to the development of the design strategy and plan, and collaborating and leading on related topics to develop our point of view or approach
- Contributing to embedding workforce design as a discipline in P&T and the bank, through consulting, partnering, transferring of knowledge and upskilling
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with knowledge and application of HR theories, models and practices. Along with an understanding of organisation and workforce design principles, methods and practices, you’ll have experience of shaping and contributing to transformational change.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Good influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of relevant legal policies, regulations and risk management
- Experience of the banking industry, regulatory and commercial environment
