The role:

Your role as an Order Success Executive will be to perform administrative duties, supplier management and customer service on orders using our internal order processing system, email, and telephone correspondence whilst providing our customers and internal stakeholders the best possible experience throughout. Applicants will be required to build and develop good working relationships with their team and customers.

Responsibilities:

· Same Day Van Management

· Courier Network Liaison

· Product Issues & Complaints

· Customer Review Requests

· Customer Review Platform Responses

· Refunds/Compensation Approval

· Organising of 3rd Party Courier Collection where required

· Customer Satisfaction Telephone Call to Obtain Feedback and Retention

Skills:

· Previous experience in complaint handling/customer service is desirable but not essential.

· Highly reliable.

· Extremely organized and Tidy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 9am - 5pm. Weekdays. Overtime available during busy periods.

Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 (decided based upon experience)
