Job description
- Pick orders accurately from storage areas using order sheets
- Safely operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts) for material movement
- Organise items on pallets, prevent damage in transit
- Verify orders against sheets and codes, resolve discrepancies
- Support inventory management, report stock issues to supervisor
- Collaborate for proper packaging, labelling, and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, organised work environment
- Report equipment issues, hazards, damaged products promptly
- Follow company policies, attend meetings, suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Be proficient with numeracy and literacy
- Be hard-working reliable and flexible
- Prior experience within order picking, warehouse operations or related field is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
