If you are proactive, driven, and want to be part of a fast-paced team we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking: Accurately pick products as per the order sheet using handheld scanners , ensuring the correct quantity and product type.Quality Control: Check the quality of products before packing, report any damages, and ensure only correct orders are sent out.Repacking, relabelling and processing returns: Ensure that products returned or requiring modifications are repacked to meet company standards. Update or replace labels as necessary to ensure product information accuracy.Inventory Management: Participate in stock counts, and assist with inventory control to ensure stock accuracy.Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines) safely and efficiently.Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by keeping the shelves organised and the warehouse floor free from obstructions.Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily targets and improve warehouse operations.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.IT: Ability to use handheld scannersTime Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.Basic Math Skills: Ability to count accurately and understand basic measurements.Team Player: Work well within a team environment.Desirable (but not essential):Previous experience in a warehouse environment.Forklift certification or willingness to undergo training.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and exciting companyTeam eventsFree Zooki and friends/family discountsZooki is an equal opportunity employer.
