In Short
- This role will be onsite at our warehouse location based in Camberwell, SE5.
- As Order Operations/ Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for leading the UK Hub operations, focused upon optimising the efficiency of existing and new process, overseeing all daily operations and leading/managing the team.
The Role:
- Managing stock integrity, productivity and facilities within our UK Hub.
- Continually reviewing all aspects of the operation and driving improvements in methods, procedures and efficiency.
- Maintaining all data necessary for logistics, and monitoring all internal systems.
- Work seamlessly in partnership with our global order operations team in delivering the highest standard of service.
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
Requirements:
- Experienced in a similar dynamic environment, with exposure to complex operations requirements, ideally in an ecosystem where logistics, IT Services and warehousing are interconnected and have significant impact on each area.
- Significant experience with multiple SKU, consignment configuration, volumes and varying transportation methods, utilising tech-enabled platforms & systems.
- Strong analytical understanding of operations, logistics, warehouse processes and systems.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player, willing to be a hands on manager in a physically demanding environment.
