As the Order Management & Procurement Executive in the APAC team of the Sales department, you’ll be reporting into the APAC Assistant Personal Shopping Manager, supporting the end to end direct- from -brands and online purchasing process. You will also support the APAC team with shipping and fulfilment; you will be accountable for your owned tasks and you will act as the shoppers key Ops link between Threads Brands Partners, Finance, Logistic and other teams across the wider business.
Salary for this role is £24k.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
Requirements:
You Will:
- Support APAC team with online purchasing requests and direct-from-brands purchasing requests
- Support with shipping and fulfilment, aiming at providing full and accurate information across numerous checks (including but not limited to margin, shipping, all fees, VAT, High Value verification)
- Own policies knowledge, act as compliance ambassador and gatekeeper
- Support Finance team in matching company purchases and provide all the necessary information to ensure correct reporting and order process and support our Logistic team in providing logistics service and eliminate blockers
You Have:
- Commercial or admin role experience
- Experience in a high volume, data processing role
- Multi-tasking experience successfully delivering on different deadlines and projects
- Proactive attitude
- Fashion and or luxury market experience
