Are you a graduate who loves mathematics & analytics, but aren’t sure where you want to specialise? Our Data & Analytics graduate scheme allows you to work in seven departments, over a 2-year period – Giving you a chance to fast track your career with hands-on-experience.
About the role:
You’ll be a Data & Analytics Graduate based within our centralised department, where you can expect to gain valuable experience through our team, and in the Financial Services sector.
- Job Title: Data and Analytics Graduate
- Salary: £35k, plus a £2k pay increase every 6 months for a 2-year period.
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Hybrid from our Kings Hill office, ME19 4UA.
The core of your role will be helping us achieve expected returns to our investors, and financial recovery for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Throughout your placements you’ll develop skills and gain extensive knowledge within our Data & Analytics department. You’ll have three key development areas:
- Industry knowledge, introducing you to the Pan-European non-performing loan market:
- Lcal debt collection tools, techniques and processes
- Valuatin methodologies used within each international market and asset class
- Technical skills, building on your understanding of:
- Data Engineering
- Data Science
- Credit and investment risk - including cashflw, and NPV modelling
- Excel, SQL, Pythn, PowerBI, and other industry standard tools
- Communication & Collaboration, helping to develop your confidence in:
- Translating business requirements int specific actionable tasks
- Cmmunicating technical work in simple terms to non-technical audiences
- Learning hw to build trusted relationships
What you need:
- Formal Education & Certification
- Numerical degree (e.g. mathematics, science, engineering r economics)
- A Level Mathematics Grade A-B
- Knowledge & Experience
- Cmpetent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Pythn, R, SQL, and Statistical Modelling experience
- Personal Attributes
- Strng analytical and quantitative skills
- Self-starter wh can work with limited supervision
