Job description
As an optical receptionist at Specsavers, you will receive full training across a broad range of skills. Our day to day job is to talk to new and interesting people, and guide and support them through the eyecare process, from appointment booking right through to the collection of their new spectacles or contact lenses.
Your role will be front of house customer facing, administration and organisation, working with both NHS and Specsavers IT systems. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The successful applicant needs no experience in the optical industry, but must be bright and positive and be open to learning new skills on a continuous basis. Many of our optical assistants have gone on to study formal optical qualifications up to and including Optometry.
GCSE's to grade C / 4 and above are required.

Salary: £10,800.00-£21,350.00 per year
