Role: Optical Manager
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £30-34k plus bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends

Specsavers Maidstone Domicliary provide eye care to patients in their own homes across the Kent region. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager to lead and motivate our office and clinical field teams with a key focus on KPI’s and day to day operations.
Based within our Maidstone offices, our successful candidate will bring energy and drive to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our ambitious standards are always maintained. Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care. You must have solid and proven experience of managing office and field-based teams and ensure successful and efficient planning of all clinics and aftercare. You will also be responsible for financial and performance targets and help to develop commercial opportunities. People make our business so it is crucial that you can support us with recruitment, training, and induction process too.
