The Job role
You will be field based, travelling across London visiting our patients in their own homes. You will have full induction training, access to industry leading equipment and will be working with great colleagues.
Responsibilities
As an Optical Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- First-class Customer Service.
- Presentation of our products in line with our standard operating procedures.
- Working with Connect Eyecare optometrist with delegated functions as part of eye clinic.
- Maintain accurate records both online and off-line.
- Driving efficiencies on the day of the clinic.
- All aspects of dispensing, adjusting, repairing and fitting of spectacles.
- Communicate regularly with central support team.
Qualifications
To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Positive energy.
- 12-months optical experience.
- Full UK driving license.
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail.
