MOXIE's user-friendly online platform is designed specifically for students and teachers, making the ordering process seamless and enjoyable.

We are looking for a marketer to join our team and continue the work on our social media, we want the education sector to know more about us and to grow our online presence and build an online community.

Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketer to join our team in St Ives. Our core business is AllYearbooks, we create professionally printed yearbooks for schools and students across the UK. Our sister brand is MOXIE, creating personalised leavers hoodies.

You will be the sole marketer on the team, joining our team of developers, designers and customer support. We are a vibrant company seeking a creative marketer to run our social media campaigns and create content with the ability to monitor data and refine as you go.

This is a full-time, temporary position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Socials, you will be confident to run and curate our social media platforms included Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok. Keeping an eye on trends and tools to drive us forward.
• Content, create content that showcases our Yearbooks and Hoodies but also our team and educate our audiences into more about the people behind the business. Creating your own visuals, videos and content that engages our online community.
• Create and develop and social media strategies to increase our brand awareness across our chosen platforms and in the education sector.
• Marketing Strategy, Implement strategy both online and offline (events & exhibtions)
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure effectiveness
• Monitor Google Ads and Keywords
• Email marketing, deliver email campaigns using segmentation groups.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum 2 years marketing experience
• A passion for digital marketing communications
• Good knowledge of best SEO practice
• Google Analytics experience
• Confident using data to make decisions, learn and adapt
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Strong interest in trends, new technologies that will help improve our company’s operations and customer engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
