As a Sales Advisor, you’ll need the ability to enthuse every customer and converse confidently on anything from a new pair of glasses to our specialist hearing service. A key part of achieving this is listening to what customers want, explaining our offers and products, ensuring a smooth and friendly environment.
You’ll assist customers through their journey, from booking appointments, meeting and greeting, guiding them through the frame and lens selection process, carrying out pre screening, dispensing spectacle and contact lens orders and fitting, adjusting and simple repairs of glasses as well as helping us to grow the business.

To excel in customer service, you’ll need to take pride in every task undertaken and make the most of every opportunity that arises. You will maintain the delivery of he highest levels of customer service, playing a valuable part of the customer journey and demonstrating flexibility and team work.
A strong understanding of customer needs, an extensive knowledge for our products and passion for the optical world; we expect all of this from our sales advisors.
In return, we provide a comprehensive training program and ongoing support and guidance from the Optician’s manager and our trainer.

We are looking for somebody to fill our full time vacancy of 37.5 hours per week with the felxibility to work up until 7pm one evening a week/fortnight and weekends on a rota basis, meaning some weekends you will be perfecting your skills here in store and some weekends you will have free to enjoy for yourself.
Our salary range is based upon experience which will be discussed at interview.

Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
