Job description
NAHL Group PLC, the listed parent company of National Accident Helpline, has created a third, wholly owned ABS. The Group’s new legal firm, National Accident Law, is our first venture into the provision of end-to-end legal services and is leading the next phase of the company’s development and growth. This follows the successful launch of two joint venture firms with New Law and Lyons Davidson over the last 18 months.
Based in Kettering, National Accident Law has been set up to take the best of the expertise gathered over the past 25 years by National Accident Helpline and combine it with the company’s customer-first approach.
National Accident Law’s approach includes the provision of a bespoke online platform for case management and a commitment to cutting out unnecessary paperwork for customers.
The company is working to ensure that its customer-facing documents and processes are accessible and straightforward.
We’ve built our firm from scratch to reflect today’s world. Mixing the top legal skills you need with a sympathetic understanding of your situation, we have an easy and uncomplicated way of working. We also recognise the importance of exceptional customer care. That’s why we train our people in customer care: to appreciate, listen and respond to the unique personal pressures that accidents can cause.
We blend traditional legal expertise with the best of technology and a friendly voice at the end of the phone. It’s simple to start a claim with us and even simpler to keep track of it. We’ve done away with heavy paperwork and confusing jargon.
At National Accident Law, we work differently to handle compensation claims in a modern, imaginative and refreshingly personal way. We’re looking for the curious minds that can shape and drive innovation in accident injury law.
If you think you’ve got what it takes to work in a distinctive, thriving and open-minded legal environment that rewards original thinking, then we just might be the place for you.
Passionate. Driven. Unified. Curious.
