Job Description

Summary:
- The achievement of personal production targets.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adhering to the quality standards that have been laid out within the production cells.
- Contributing towards maintaining the various metrics used to monitor the production cell’s performance.
- Manufacturing product in line with the standard operating times for that product.
- Identifying constraints within the production cell.
- Working as part of a team but also autonomously.
- Being capable of managing your own time and workload efficiently.
- Using our SAP system to carry out various transactions as part of the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
- High degree of dexterity required
- Full Training is provided
- Basic level of competence when using computers.
Desired Experience/Competencies:
- Attention to detail and quality mind-set.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Ability to manipulate small complex parts repeatedly and with precision.
- Experience with SAP (manufacturing planning system)
- Competent using Microsoft Excel and Word
